Once the builders are completely finished and off-site — usually the day after works end. If cleaners arrive and building work is still going on, they may refuse the job (treated as a late cancellation, 50% charged), because active trades undo the clean as fast as it happens.

Full construction-dust removal with multiple passes over every surface: paint and plaster spots lifted from floors and glass where possible, skirting boards, door frames and window frames, tiles descaled, woodwork cleaned and polished, switches and sockets, and all floors vacuumed and mopped.

Usually 3–6 hours, depending on the size of the property, how much work was done, and the team size. The team stays until the property is dust-free — it's a fixed price, not an hourly clock.

On the outside as standard. If appliances are brand new and unused, a quick interior wipe is included — used appliances can have a full interior clean added to your booking.
